Exciting outdoor application of the C+K devices under extreme conditions in Antartica
C+K devices go where no skin instruments have ever been before...
Gigantic icebergs, glaciers and the blue sea characterise the breath-taking scenery of Antarctica. Wild animals like penguins and sea lions survive there under the most difficult weather conditions. After the C+K instruments have already proven themselves in space, our Tewameter® TM Hex, Corneometer CM® 825 and Mexameter® MX 18 together with the new MPA CTplus software can currently show their worth for the first time in the eternal ice. The project "skin physiological measurements under extreme conditions" takes currently place at the Bulgarian Antarctic base St. Kliment Ohridski near Livingstron Island, Antarctica. We thank Dr. Razvigor Darlenski for the photos and hope the team continue to enjoy working with our devices. Now we can truly claim the instruments are used on all 6 continents.
We are holding our breath for the interesting publication of this team that will follow.
